This demonstration was conducted by Pastor Nixon Mwitula to his parish members. Pastor has become an agricultural expert. He has been invited to various places to share with people his farming experience and knowledge he has gained from the agricultural training program conducted by the Institute of Agricultural of Tumaini University. This time the Institute decided to let Pastor run the demonstration meeting to his parish. We delivered corn seeds, bean seeds and fertilizers.

Pastor demonstrated on how to plant seeds and how to apply fertilizers. He insisted that during planting seeds and fertilizers should not be placed together in a hole. Fertilizers should be at least 5cm from the seed.

Conclusion
We expect better results as that of last year and probably more. We got the reports from Pastor that many people are now adapting the farming techniques. The success of the program is highly depending on the commitment and management offered by the Pastor and parish members to the plots. Through the years we have seen great commitment and good management of the Pastor Nixon. Ipogoro has become one of the best places to conduct this program.
