With this visit we were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Anold Blomquist from USA and other guests from BKB who came to see how the demonstration meetings are held. Microfinance personnel Ms. Itiweni conducted training about small agricultural loans after the demonstration

Before we began the demonstration, John delivered greetings from St. Paul Area Synod and US Institute of Ag advisory committee

• Demonstrations
o Planting and fertilizer applications
We demonstrated on how to plant seeds and how to apply fertilizers. We insisted that they should not place seeds and fertilizers together.

Questions/comments
 What fertilizers is suitable for beans
It is recommended to use NPK (10:18:24) for beans. However, you can use DAP when NPK is not available. Remember, it is recommended to do only one fertilizers application in the bean plot

Conclusion
The meeting continued with the instructions about agricultural loans. These instructions were explained by the microfinance institute personnel. At the end of the meeting, we delivered seeds and fertilizers and told them to do early planting.
